Jose loves being a Floridian and enjoying all Florida has to offer whether it be mountain biking the trails of Markham Park, deep sea fishing in the Florida Keys, or going to Orlando with his family to enjoy the parks; He enjoys being in the Florida Sunshine. During the sports seasons, you can find Jose grilling in his backyard and rooting on his favorite teams: The Dolphins, Marlins and the Orlando Magic.
Having worked over 18 years in the Hospitality Industry has taught Jose the importance of customer service. One thing Jose used to emphasize to his Team as a Food and Beverage Manager was "welcome everyone as a valuable customer, make sure they leave as a friend."
